Privacy
AmazingReunion, a subsidiary of BLVD Enterprise LLC, is committed to the digital curation and protection of your family heritage. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you entrust to our platform.
Last Updated: July, 20261. Introduction to Digital Stewardship
We believe that your personal history is a sacred trust. This Privacy Policy describes how AmazingReunion collects, uses, and protects the memories, documents, and media you entrust to our digital vault. By using our platform, you acknowledge our commitment to legacy preservation.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to build your family timeline, including account details, genealogical records, photographic media, and oral history recordings. We also collect technical metadata to ensure the optimal performance of your digital archive across all devices.
Through the AmazingReunion mobile app we also collect the information you provide to use it: your name and email address (required), and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and mailing address; your RSVP and party details; the posts, comments, and photos you share in a reunion's private feed; and your order and payment history. When you make a payment, our payment provider also collects device identifiers for fraud prevention (see Third-Party Integrations). We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, or browsing history, and we use no advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.
3. How We Use Your Heritage Data
Photos you upload are displayed in your family galleries and reunion feeds. We do not use facial recognition or any biometric analysis. We also use your information to operate the app's features (reunion hub, schedule, RSVP, private feed, announcements, and shop), to process your purchases, and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
AmazingReunion does not sell your family history to third-party advertisers. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers who maintain our secure servers, and only when necessary to fulfill the services requested by you or required by legal mandates.
5. Security & Vault Protection
We employ industry-leading encryption standards (AES-256) to safeguard your data. Our "Digital Vault" architecture ensures that your private memories remain isolated from public indexing, utilizing military-grade security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
Data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS.
6. Cookies & Interaction Tracking
We use "Parchment Tokens" (cookies) to remember your preferences and keep you logged into your gallery sessions. These tokens help us understand how you navigate our editorial interface, allowing us to refine the aesthetic experience and performance.
7. Your Curation Rights
As the primary curator of your account, you have the absolute right to access, export, correct, or delete any piece of information within your archive. We provide comprehensive tools for full data portability, ensuring you own your history regardless of where you store it.
8. Children's Privacy
Our platform is designed for family collaboration. However, we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Heritage accounts for minors must be managed by a legal guardian at all times.
9. International Data Transfer
In our global mission to reunite families, your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country. We ensure that all such transfers comply with strict data protection frameworks including GDPR and CCPA standards.
10. Third-Party Integrations
If you choose to link your AmazingReunion account with social media or external genealogy services, we will facilitate the data exchange as requested. Please review the privacy policies of those external services as their terms may differ from ours.
Payment processing. We use Stripe (and Google Pay where available) to process payments. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your card details directly and may collect device information and identifiers to detect and prevent fraud, protect transaction security, and meet legal and compliance obligations. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling is governed by its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
11. Retention Policy
We retain your heritage data as long as your account is active.
Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the web at amazingreunion.com/deactivate. When you delete your account, your profile, RSVPs, party information, posts, and photos are permanently deleted immediately. We retain only limited order and payment records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
12. California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. This includes the right to request disclosure of the specific categories of data we collect and the right to opt-out of data processing.
13. Changes to the Editorial Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our curation practices or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your curator profile and through high-visibility notices within the platform.
14. Contact the Curator Office
