Tony Knowles Coastal Trail (Anchorage), Alaska

Are you looking for a nice trail to go hiking, skiing, running or even rollerblading? The Tony Knowles trail is one of the most beautiful trails you will ever come across in the country. Located along the coast of Anchorage, Alaska, the trail gently winds along the coast eleven miles from downtown to the chalet at Kincaid Park and is by far Anchorage?s most popular trail.
The trail is 11 miles long and it?s open all year. Used in summer extensively by walker, runners, rollerbladers, and cyclists- it is used primarily in winter for cross-country skiing and skijoring.
