Mather Point (Grand Canyon National Park), Arizona

The first point where you get to gaze over the Grand Canyon at the South Rim is Mather Point. It might not offer the best view but it is the closest to the entrance station. South Kaibab Trail (Grand Canyon National Park), Arizona

One of the maintained Grand Canyon South Rim paths. Enjoy extensive views of the Grand Canyon on this trail. The trail is accessible year round although it can be covered by snow in winter and very hot in summer. It is a steep and strenuous trail and so it creates a fun challenge for hikers.
