Street parking along Elmwood Avenue is metered at $1.25 per hour with a 2-hour limit and the public lot at Bidwell Parkway holds 60 cars for $5 per day. The main commercial strip from Allen Street to Forest Avenue is flat and fully ADA accessible with curb ramps at all intersections and accessible restrooms in most restaurants. Buffalo is located 20 miles from the Canadian border at Niagara Falls so bring passports if your reunion group plans to cross into Ontario for additional sightseeing.

The waterfront district is free to visit with parking in the adjacent NFTA lot at $5 per day or $2 per hour and the Metro Rail runs from downtown to the site for $2 per ride with no car needed. Group kayak and pedal boat rentals are available for $20 per hour per vessel with discounts of 15 percent for 5 or more boats reserved 1 week in advance. The entire waterfront promenade is ADA accessible with smooth paved surfaces and accessible restrooms in the visitor center building open from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Adult admission is $16.95 and groups of 15 or more pay $13 per person when booked at least 2 weeks in advance through the group sales office with a $50 non-refundable deposit. The zoo is fully ADA accessible with paved paths throughout all exhibit areas and wheelchair rentals available for $10 at the main gate. Parking in the Delaware Park lot is free with space for 200 vehicles but the lot fills by 11 AM on summer weekends so arrive early or take the Metro Rail to Humboldt station and walk 10 minutes.
