General admission is $7 per person on race days from mid-July through Labor Day and groups of 20 or more can reserve a picnic area for $25 per person including a buffet lunch when booked 6 weeks ahead through the NYRA group sales office. Parking on-site costs $10 per vehicle and the lots fill by 11 AM on weekends so arrive early or use the free shuttle from the Saratoga Casino lot 2 miles away. The grandstand lower level and apron rail areas are ADA accessible with elevator access and wheelchair seating sections available on a first-come basis.

The park is free to visit and open dawn to dusk with the Canfield Casino museum inside open seasonally from June through October at $5 per adult and free for children under 12. The main park paths and carousel area are ADA accessible with paved walkways and accessible restrooms in the casino building open during museum hours. Street parking on Broadway and Circular Street is metered at $1 per hour with a 3-hour limit and the city garage on Putnam Street holds 400 cars at $1.50 per hour just one block from the park entrance.

The main trail system and Geyser Creek path are ADA accessible with paved surfaces and the Roosevelt Baths offer spa treatments starting at $40 per person with group rates for 8 or more at $35 each booked 3 weeks ahead.

The mineral springs throughout downtown and Saratoga Spa State Park are free to visit and taste with a self-guided walking tour map available at the Heritage Visitors Center at 297 Broadway. Most spring locations are ADA accessible at street level including Congress Spring, High Rock Spring, and the Hathorn Spring with paved approaches and no steps required. The springs flow year-round but the best time to visit is May through October when all park facilities are open and the mineral water flows at peak volume following spring snowmelt.
